This website is operated by BabyGuard. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to BabyGuard. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Section 1 - Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You will not use our products for any unlawful purpose.
You will provide accurate information during checkout.

Section 2 - Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates, screen settings, or photography.

Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements.

Section 3 - Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, phone number, and email details.

Section 4 - Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
BabyGuard is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
Delivery is considered completed once the package is marked as delivered by the courier partner.

Section 5 - Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only available if:

The product is damaged during transit.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong product was delivered.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any claim, customers must provide:

A continuous unboxing video from package opening to product inspection.
Clear evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect product.
Claim submission within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will be rejected.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be considered when:

The product is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A valid unboxing video is submitted.
The claim is approved by our support team.

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect product selection.
Normal wear and tear.
Minor color or packaging variations.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refusal to accept delivery.

Section 6 - Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

Provide accurate shipping information.
Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
Preserve the original packaging until product verification is complete.

Section 7 - Limitation of Liability

BabyGuard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

Section 8 - Force Majeure

BabyGuard shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters
Floods
Strikes
Government restrictions
Internet outages
Courier disruptions

Section 9 - Customer Conduct

Customers must communicate respectfully through our official support channels.

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service and closure of support requests.

Section 10 - Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
