Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements.

Section 5 - Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are only available if:

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise any claim, customers must provide:

A continuous unboxing video from package opening to product inspection.

Clear evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect product.

Claim submission within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will be rejected.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be considered when:

A valid unboxing video is submitted.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

BabyGuard shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
