Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, therefore cancellation requests cannot be accommodated after order confirmation.

Return & Replacement Policy

We only accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. A complete unboxing video is provided as proof.

  3. Our team verifies and approves the claim.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging.

  • Delay caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

  • Failure to provide an unboxing video.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, phone numbers, and email addresses at the time of purchase.

BabyGuard is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
